Basic Gameplay Mechanics

Gameplay Design
We want to create gameplay suitable for players of different skill levels.
There are different “Solutions” to solve a problem.
E.g.,
Your opponent is throwing an Uppercut.
It is a relatively slow punch but will deal heavy damage upon hit.
Therefore, “Dodge > Defend”
However, Hook is a faster punch that can “counter-attack” the Uppercut.
But it needs a really good response to perform this.
Therefore, “Hook > Dodge > Defend”.

Punch Damage and Speed
Jab: Fastest Attack Speed, Lowest Damage
Hook: Middle Attack Speed, Middle Damage
Uppercut: Slowest Attack Speed, Highest Damage

Punch Speciality
Jab:
Cannot interrupt other punches
Hard to dodge (unless you have SUPERPOWER!!)

Hook:
Can interrupt other punches

Uppercut:
Can interrupt other punches
Can Break Defense (Can deal damage even when the player is defending)

About PrizeFighter

Prizefighter allows players to compete against one another for prize tokens. Prizefighter is a play-to-earn boxing game built on Blockchain.
